You are a certified diver, you have planned a sea holiday but you have not dived for a long time? Rehabilitation diving is the perfect way to get back into diving near Paris and enjoy your next holiday to the full!
On arrival at the Argenteuil aquatic complex near Paris, you will be welcomed by your state-qualified instructor. He will introduce you to the premises, in particular the pit in which you will do your flipper training.
You will then have to prove your level 1 or equivalent in diving (passport/diploma).
The duration of the session is one or two hoursin a group or on a private lesson depending on your needs, and includes the handling of the equipment, the immersion in the water and the storage of the equipment.
The session will be tailored to your needs, and you can bring your own diving equipment. Otherwise, it will be lent to you.
You will listen and follow your instructor to the pit. He will explain the safety instructions to be followed for the good progress of the activity.
You will start the activity by evaluating your diving level with your instructor. You will start the progression phase with his advice. Continue your session until the end of the immersion time defined according to the duration of your session.
Finally, you will present your logbook to which your dive of the day will be added and put away the equipment.
Your session will end and you will be ready to experience open water diving!
